Faith Without Works is Dead - James 2:14-26

As of this writing I have returned to the refugee camp in Adana, Turkey to help distribute the blankets to the men, women and children who have fled the violence in Syria for the safe haven of Turkey. It is estimated some nearly 1 million Syrian refugees have escaped into Turkey.

Because of your generosity and many others from across the region and country we collected an estimated 18,000 blankets to assist those in need. Thank you for your generosity. We are grateful to Paxton Van Lines and Maersk that helped box and ship across the Atlantic (at no cost) these valuable supplies.

We may not have the ability to change the geopolitics of the world, but we can help those in need and make a positive difference in their lives. It has always been an American value to help those in need regardless if we have ever met them -- I want to let you know the child, the family you help keep warm will be most appreciative.

I will take plenty of photos and will post a more detailed description of our experience when we return. I ask for your prayers for those who have fled the violence of their home country.

Thank you.
